Hockey Tourny

FEBUARY 2012

Every year we go to at least one out of town Hockey tournament. This last Presidents day we were lucky that both boys went to the same one. We went to Phoenix Arizona.

We stayed in the same hotel as Kyle's team (we know more of them and have been together with them for a ling time).

Thankfully we didn't have but 1 game that conflicted with the boys. They always have so much fun at our away tournaments, they love staying in a hotel.

This year Kyle and his teammates would room hop. Its nice they are getting older and can check in with us from time to time and theirs so many of them.

We spent a lot of time hanging out, which is always fun.

We had a team dinner one night and did hamburgers and hot dogs. One of the family's on the team brought out their motor home and we used their grill. So much nicer then trying to get 40-50 people in a restaurant, figure out checks etc.

One day we went to Cabella's for lunch with some of Luke's team. Luke and Blake got these silly hats and loved them.

Luke's coaches enjoyed their hats too... They wore them the next day to coach

He also ate ketchup for lunch..

He figured out how fun it was to use a real cup verses a sippy cup at the hotel.

After all games were said and done we headed home. Of course had to make one last stop with some teammates for lunch at In n Out before we got on the road!
