Busy fun Weekend!

What a amazing weekend we had! Saturday morning we headed down to Burbank at 7:30 for game 1 of 3 hockey games this weekend. Kyle's team made it to the play offs which that in itself is exciting! We won our 1st game, our team was on fire! All of us parents were so into the game and excited to see them all working so hard and working so well together, with passing etc. We came home after the game, got I ran to Wal mart with my friend Beth from down the street. We got home, I hurried and unloaded and ate some lunch and we headed out 30 minutes later back to Burbank for game 2. We won that game also!! 5 of us families off the team went to The Old Spaghetti factory for dinner, which Kyle wants to know why it is called ~OLD~ cause he said ~it's not that old~. We did not get home until 10:30. By the time we got the kids in bed and I showered and got Blake down it was midnight. Time changed, so we lost an hour sleep. YUCK, I don't have extra hours to give away!!
Sunday morning up at 8:30 (which was really 7:30 my bodies time), G made a big breakfast, eggs, bacon toast, etc. we hurried and got out of here at 10:30 yep, back to Burbank for game 3. We tied the game 3 to 3, which put us in a sudden death 5 minute overtime. They scored with about 2 minutes left on the clock, which gave us a loss! :( The last 2 minutes of the 3rd period before overtime Kyle got a break away with the puck and the other team's guy caught up to him and was hitting Kyle with his stick in the legs and skates (which is allowed) it threw Kyle's shot off and so he missed the goal. It was so sad, I cried. I felt so bad for him.
We still go to round 2 of the play offs which is next weekend in San Diego. If we win it we will go to the finals!!!
We got home from the game and headed to a birthday party! The weekend went by so quickly! But it was such a exciting one!
