Quick update

Every time I get a few minutes to blog i get side tracked reading everyone else's blog and then I don't have time to update ours.

Our neighbor is a fireman, so he invited us to his fire station pancake breakfast. The boys had a blast! They got a tour of the fire house and the trucks, got to slide down the slide (that is in place of a pole, think its just a excuse for grown men to still play)there was a dunk tank and Luke hit it and sent the man falling into the water!!

Later that night we had the end of the season hockey party. It started out with a ~Parent Vs Kids~ hockey game! Oh my was that funny! I had Blake so of course got the pleasure to watch! Some parents were really good and some well..... Luke and Brittney were on the kid team! After the game we headed over to the pizza place for food and trophies. It was sad to see the season end, we had such a great team.

I have not yet talked about what a wonderful mothers day I had! G and the kids let me sleep in, that was great! Then they came upstairs with cards and a pretty Tulip plant, G made breakfast and went and got donuts for a sweet treat then they told me that we were going to Venice beach for the day! That is somewhere I have always wanted to go! The weather was perfect and we had a good time walking around watching all the ~people~.. (weirdo's) Then we went to Joe's Crab Shake for dinner! It was a perfect day!
